District 4: Chad Mattes

When it comes to serving UFC members, I stand by the fact that if our producers are successful, then UFC will be successful as well. In other words, if you win then we win and that has to be our goal.

Growing up in the Winthrop area, I have worked w/ UFC since Dec of 2005. Until recently, the majority of my time was spent in the sales and marketing of our feed department. Now as a District Sales Manager, my responsibilities will include all the other retail activities that UFC offers as well.

This new focus is very exciting for me because I get to show our members what the benefits are to working with the most comprehensive cooperative in our area. We really can be your one stop shop for all your agricultural needs.

An example of this would be our new and improved A.C.R.E.S. program where you, the patron, are rewarded based on the amount of business you do with us. The more aspects of your operation that utilize UFC, the more points you accumulate to be redeemed by you for specific products, services or specials. Remember, an A.C.R.E.S. membership is free and the rewards are just one way we want to say thank you for your business.
