2008 Projects
This project used an existing drying bin that was converted into a wet holding tank which has a Feterl 8"x34' portable auger in place as the wet corn auger feeding a GSI 112 grain dryer. A Westfield 6"x61' portable auger is used as a dry corn auger to fill this GSI WSL 39', 9 ring, 30,000 bushel grain bin which has a 8" power sweep feeding the verticle unload.
This project took an existing Brock grain bin and added a new floor with power sweep and bin rings to get a 30' natural air bin. The new bin is a GSI NSL 36' by 10 ring natural air grain bin. Sudenga cross augers are used for all four of these bins as well as GSI centrifugel fans. The second picture is 2-GSI NSL 36' by 10 ring natural air bins.
Above is the before,during and finished project pictures. This project replaced 2 smaller Bucket Elevators, using guy cables and drive over augers with an 8000 BPH and 6000 BPH Bucket Elevator. We replaced guy cables and dead man with a free standing tower. The auger was replaced with an 8000 BPH drive over pit conveyor.
