District 1: Jim Ebbers

Jim Ebbers has worked with the cooperative for 16 years. He says it’s communicating with the United Farmers Cooperative members that he enjoys most.

“They are all knowledgeable, friendly and really up-to-date on precision agriculture,” says Jim. “Our farmers make my job easy because they are so well informed on the latest and greatest in agriculture products and services.”

As a District Sales Manager, Jim works to keep his producers up-to-date on the current products and services that will add value to their operations. He says seeing the growers he works with succeed makes his job fun.

“Working in the cooperative since 1992, I’ve seen a lot of farmers start farming—and a lot of farmers retire successfully—I am happy to be a part of their operations,” says Jim.

In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Joilie and their four children camping.
