Excuse the Dust... We're Getting a Refresh!

Apr 03, 2019

If you have been through the Lafayette Ag Service Center recently, we’re sure you have noticed that there is work being done.  Our talented grain systems crews have been working on refreshing the location to maximize showroom space for our various equipment lines, better display products and inventory, and group offices by department.

During construction, serving our customers is still our top priority.  Jenna and Cassandra are stationed in Steve Heldt’s office and are able to charge and bill out items as well as take payments on accounts.  We hope to have their space finished soon.

Our parts department is utilizing temporary desk space while the new parts counter is being constructed. We still have full access to our parts inventory and will continue to serve our customers.

The main customer entrance will have a small waiting area as well as showcase our precision ag equipment and programs.  Our service and tire department offices will now be located along the hallway that leadsto the shop.

Office spaces have been grouped closer together by service to be more efficient and allow for more collaboration within the department.  All our offices will receive fresh paint, carpet tiles, and updated furniture where needed.

Throughout this project we are utilizing our grain system and construction crews.  We are fortunate that their skillsets and talents allow them to complete most of the renovation.  As we approach the busy spring season, we hope to have the space functional and mostly complete.  Our staff will be dedicated 100% to our customers efforts once spring is in full gear.

Throughout the year we will continue working on making improvements to our Lafayette location.  Our outside lot will getreorganized, so our equipment is more visible, accessible, and customer friendly.

Thank you for your patience throughout this project.  We look forward to showing you the final result.
