If your dryer is in need of service, now is the time to schedule an appointment! Simply complete this form by June 2, 2023 with all of the requested information. You may return the form via email to tmw@ufcmn.com with the subject "Dryer Service" or by mail to PO Box 4 Lafayette, MN 56054. Upon recieving your form we will reach out to you and schedule a service date. Requests recieved after June 2, 2023 appointments will be considered in season service.
