How to Tie Out Box 3 of your 1099

Please note, the total in Box 3 on the 1099 is the net check and add back the state fees (checkoff) and costs from any services we provided (i.e. drying, storage)

- Go to www.UFCmn.com
- In the upper right hand corner, click on MY ACCOUNT and then UFC ACCOUNT in the drop-down menu?
- Either log into your AgVantage account or click on "First Time Sign On" to create your account.
- Click on the "Patronage" button
- Click on the "Local & Regional Equity"?
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 2018 1099-PATR
- At the bottom of the 1099, click on the blue link that says "View year end report of Grain Settlements with 1099-Box3 using Adobe Acrobat"
- The report will come up and the far right column shows the amount of each settlement that is in box 3 and a total at the bottom
